These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Squid Way, a blockchain secured digital gaming and entertainment system (“the Platform”, “the System”).
By accessing or participating in Squid Way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. Nature of the Platform

2. Eligibility

5. Wallet Responsibility

All participation records are permanently bound to the wallet used at entry.
Wallet changes are not permitted within an active system cycle.
The participant is solely responsible for wallet security, private keys, and access credentials.
The Platform bears no responsibility for lost keys, incorrect addresses, or compromised wallets.
6. Prize Definition and Distribution
6.1 Prize Value
The main prize for an active cycle is fixed at 5,000,000 USDT, as defined at the start of the cycle.
The prize value does not change during execution.
6.2 Prize Destination
Any prize won is distributed exclusively to the same wallet address used for participation.
Prize redirection, wallet substitution, or third party transfers are not supported.
6.3 Automated Execution
All prize distributions are executed automatically by the System using blockchain based transactions, without manual approval or intervention.
Once executed, transactions are final and irreversible.
7. Taxes and Fees
Squid Way does not apply taxes, fees, or deductions to prize amounts at the system level.
Any tax obligations arising from participation or prize receipt are the sole responsibility of the participant under applicable local laws.
8. System Cycles and Outcomes
The Platform operates in predefined operational cycles.

- Concludes when system defined conditions are met
Outcomes are generated and executed solely by system logic.
No participant may influence, delay, reverse, or dispute system outcomes.
9. Referral System (SQUIDER)
Squid Way includes a referral mechanism governed exclusively by automated system logic.
9.1 Referral Flow
Participants may earn rewards by inviting other participants using a system generated invite code.

Inviting 10 or more verified participants unlocks SQUIDER status.
9.2 Referral Process Details
After completing a ticket purchase, the System automatically issues a unique invite code.
A referral is valid only when:
- The invited person registers using the invite code
- The invited person purchases at least one ticket
There are no limits on the number of tickets a participant may purchase.

9.5 SQUIDER Prize Share
- 90 percent allocated to the winning participant
- 10 percent allocated automatically to the SQUIDER
Distribution is executed via automated blockchain transactions.
9.6 Referral Restrictions
- Non transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Governed exclusively by system execution
10. Abuse and Misuse
The System may automatically disregard participation or referral activity that demonstrates manipulation or abuse, including:
- Self referrals
- Duplicate or linked wallets
- Automated or coordinated activity
Such determinations are algorithmic and not subject to appeal.
11. No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
- No warranties are provided
- No liability for losses or damages
- Blockchain related risks are assumed by the participant
12. System Supremacy
In any conflict between user interpretation, displayed information, or these Terms, system execution shall prevail.
13. Modifications
Rules for an active cycle do not change mid cycle.
Future updates apply only to subsequent cycles.
14. Termination of Access
Access may be restricted or terminated automatically if participation violates these Terms or applicable laws.
15. Governing Principle
